Jesusita and Gap Wildfires

The Jesusita and Gap erosion control projects consisted of a project sites that extended beyond 1,000 acres each. Each project received an aerial hydromulch slurry application. The hydromulch application was in response to a wildfire that swept through southern California leaving steep slopes vulnerable to erosion. The slurry application was mixed and loaded into aircraft by WSRI teams.

Ability to work with various governmental agencies in response to a natural disaster

WSRI displayed the ability to schedule and mobilize to a remote location quickly and efficiently in response to a natural disaster. Each project completed in 45 days.
